How do I get 1-on-1 support?
Search these guides first — most answers are a keyword away. Still stuck? Open a private support ticket in the Divine Discord and a member of the Member Success Team will help you 1-on-1.
My payment declined — how do I retry it?
You'll get an email and a Discord DM if a payment fails, and access pauses until it's fixed. Head to your Whop dashboard, click Divine under Active Subscriptions, and choose "Update Payment Method."
How do I access the Sneaker server?
Multiple servers are included free with your Divine membership, including Sneaker Reselling (formerly Strike Access). Join from the link in the guide — it works like joining a fresh server, so give yourself a minute to acclimate.
How do I access the Stocks, Crypto & Betting server?
It's also free with your membership. Grab the invite link from the guide, then set up your layout and notifications the same way you did in the main server.
Is there a Divine mobile app?
Yes — the Divine app ("Moonitor") lets you curate exactly which channels, keywords, and alarms ping your phone. Many members prefer it to Discord notifications.
